In Gaza, hospitals are overwhelmed or destroyed. In the West Bank, entire communities are cut off from care.
For thousands of families, healthcare is no longer accessible, even in emergencies.
When systems collapse, care does not stop. It must find another way.
Rozana works inside these conditions, delivering mobile, locally led healthcare to women, families, and vulnerable communities when it is needed most.

Across Gaza and the West Bank, the challenges are different, but the outcome is the same: people are cut off from essential healthcare.
Rozana responds with a shared model, delivering mobile, locally led healthcare that reaches communities when traditional systems cannot.
Your support will sustain two critical initiatives working within this approach: Women4Women in the West Bank and Gaza Community Clinics.

In remote communities across the West Bank, women are cut off from essential healthcare.
Movement restrictions, distance, and cultural barriers mean many go without even basic medical support.
Rozana’s Women4Women mobile clinic brings care directly to these communities.
Staffed by an all-female Palestinian medical team, it delivers primary care, maternal health, and psychosocial support across 11 communities, reaching more than 12,000 patient visits each year.
For many women, this is the only access to healthcare they receive.
Rozana health worker's report:
“A 28-year-old woman, six months into her sixth pregnancy, came in for a routine check-up. She appeared well, but an ultrasound revealed critically low amniotic fluid. She was referred immediately, received specialist care, and delivered safely. Both mother and baby are healthy. Without the mobile clinic reaching her village that day, the risk may have gone undetected.”

In Gaza, healthcare is operating on the edge of collapse.
With hospitals damaged or overwhelmed, hundreds of thousands of people have no access to care.
For families living in displacement, even basic medical treatment is no longer guaranteed.
Rozana’s mobile clinics operate inside this reality, delivering immediate, life-saving care directly to communities who would otherwise go without.
Since August 2025, these clinics have treated more than 21,900 patients, providing primary care, wound treatment, maternal health support, and essential medicines.
This is frontline healthcare, delivered where it is needed most.

These services are already reaching thousands of people, but they cannot continue at the scale required without ongoing support. In fragile and rapidly changing conditions, the ability to respond depends on what is available, and when it is needed.
This is a critical moment to ensure care continues where it would otherwise stop.
Donate now to keep healthcare running where it is needed most.
Your tax-deductible gift will directly support mobile healthcare services across Gaza and the West Bank, delivering care to communities who would otherwise go without.
With deep gratitude,
